Employee's organogram: who is who?

If one thing is important for good company spirit is that every one knows each other. Find out name, job description, interests about your collegues, director in just a few mouseclicks. This organogram is based on an XML file, the XML file is based again on one recursive database table which can be easily administrated via a web interface!. (I'll put a demo admin system up when I've got some time!)

How to use:

Click on any "+" to let the tree expand, or on to make the tree collpase. Click on a name for employee details & picture (if a pic is available).
Or do a search for the name "Boy" (see search box on the right) you will notice that not only Boy George's details come up - but the organanogram expands as well as appropriate.
